Please take a moment to review the information below before submitting your custom screen printing quote request.
Order Minimums
Our minimum order depends on the number of ink colors and print locations in your design.
One ink color + one print location = one screen
(ex: black front + black back = 2 screens)
Minimum quantities by screen count:
15 items – 1 screen (black or white ink only)
24 items – Up to 2 screens
36 items – Up to 3 screens
50+ items – 4 or more screens
Dark-colored garments:
Dark shirts often require a white underbase for the best print quality. The underbase counts as an additional screen and may increase your minimum quantity.
Need Fewer Than Our Minimum?
If your order doesn't meet our screen printing minimums, don't worry! We may still be able to help. For smaller quantities, we recommend DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers. DTF is a great option for full-color designs, one-off prints, and small orders where traditional screen printing isn't the most cost-effective choice.
Artwork Requirements
The better your artwork, the better your finished print. A quote for apparel cannot be provided without art files.
Preferred file types:
- Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
- SVG (.svg)
- PDF (.pdf)
We also accept:
- PNG (.png)
- JPEG (.jpg/.jpeg)
Please note: Artwork should be high resolution whenever possible.
Art files should be vector or sized for printing at 300 dpi.
Files should have a transparent background, even if your design will be printed with white ink.
Adding Youth Sizes
If your order includes youth garments, the design must be sized to fit the smallest garment in the order.
If you'd like larger prints on the adult garments, your order may need to be split into separate adult and youth runs, which requires meeting the applicable minimums for each.
Turnaround Time
Our standard production time is 10–14 business days after artwork approval and payment (when applicable).

Quantity Discounts
The more you order, the lower your cost per shirt.
We offer automatic price breaks at higher quantities, so if you're close to the next pricing tier, it may cost only a little more to receive additional shirts.
