Twirl X Dance Co Policies

The following is a summary of the studio’s policies. A complete copy of the Twirl X Dance Co Parent & Member Handbook is available upon request and will be provided to all enrolled families. The handbook contains additional details, procedures, and expectations. In the event of any discrepancy, the handbook shall govern.

By registering, I understand and agree that:

Tuition is due according to the studio payment schedule.
Students are expected to attend classes regularly, and absences should be reported.
Students and families will conduct themselves respectfully toward instructors, staff, teammates, and other families.
Choreography, music edits, formations, and routines created by Twirl X Dance Co remain the intellectual property of the studio and/or choreographer and may not be copied, shared, or performed without written permission.
Competition team members may have additional attendance, fundraising, rehearsal, costume, travel, and financial obligations.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Parents are responsible for providing accurate and current emergency contact and medical information.
Participation in dance and baton activities involves inherent risks of physical injury.
Media permission is governed by the selections made on this registration form.
