    Mandatory Dates are NON-NEGOTIABLE.

    There will be a promotional day on Oct 3rd between 1:00pm - 4:00pm. There may be additional promo/events or appearances you will be called to, but those will be discussed once cast is in place.

    Rehearsals will take place on a schedule format which is Thursdays from 5:00pm-9:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am-1:00pm.

    A full schedule will be available to view prior to first rehearsal. Rehearsals are subject to change and may vary due to conflicts and Woodstock Arts' discretion.

    *MANDATORY DATES* Shows:

    • Thursday, November 12th (Call at 6:00, 7:30 Show)
    • Friday, November 13th (Call at 6:00, 7:30 Show)
    • Saturday, November 14th (Call at 1:00 & 6:00, 2:30 Show & 7:30)
    • Sunday, November 15th (Call at 1:00. 2:30 Show)

  • I hereby give permission for my child to participate in Woodstock Arts' SPOTLIGHT program.

    • I also release Woodstock Arts Board Members, Staff and Instructors from any and all liability due to an accident, injury, or exposure to illness that may result from participation in the SPOTLIGHT program.
    • I consent for photographs to be taken for press releases that may include name, age and city of residence.
    • I understand that if my child is cast, I am responsible for the $350 SPOTLIGHT registration fee and that there is a non-refundable deposit of $50.
    • I understand that Woodstock Arts has the right to cancel and/or postpone this production at any given time at the discretion of the organization. 

    I have read all of the above and I understand and agree to the procedures and conditions applied to having my child be involved in SPOTLIGHT.
