Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration information, including student information, contact information, and class selections. Any changes to enrollment information should be communicated promptly.

  • 2. Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is important for student success and maintaining a positive classroom experience.

Students should arrive on time and be prepared with required materials and technology. If a student will miss a class, parents are encouraged to notify the instructor as soon as possible.

    Muting a student's microphone.
Turning off a student's camera if necessary.
Redirecting the student's behavior or participation.
Removing a student from the live class session if the behavior significantly disrupts the learning environment.
If additional concerns arise, the parent/guardian and instructor will communicate to discuss the situation and determine appropriate next steps. The goal of these conversations will be to support the student while maintaining a positive and respectful classroom experience for all participants.

By enrolling in the program, families acknowledge and agree to support these online classroom expectations.
