How to complete the daily key audit
1. Log into the PMS.
2. Navigate to Real Time Ops.
3. In the Active Stays column, click the three dots.
4. Select Edit.
5. Apply the segment for your development.
Once the segment has been applied, the Active Stays column will show the current guest stays for your development.
Check in your Key Box to see which keys are not present. If they are not present but they are an 'Active Stay' then that explains where the key is.
Any unexplained missing keys should be reported on this form.
