    In the name of our Rev. Canon Jean-Baptiste Commins, Rector of the St. Joseph Shrine, Detroit, we thank you for this important contribution to sponsor our 2026 ST. JOSEPH OKTOBERFEST. As the principal fundraising event of the year, all Oktoberfest proceeds are solely applied to the restoration of our 171 year old church building, and the coming development of the DeSales Park site adjacent to our church campus, and venue of this Oktoberfest. Also, please come join us, and bring your family and friends to enjoy the delicious German food, craft beer, refreshments, orchestra music, dances, children's carnival attractions, and the traditional competition of the "St. Joseph chapter of the US Steinholding Association"!
