    Fil-Am FEST invites our Fil-Am Spring Fest registrants, newsletter subscribers, and social media followers to join us for a relaxed afternoon of appreciation, conversation, and community connection.

    One of the highlights will be a free prize drawing for a two-night stay at Fairfax Marriott and other surprise giveaways.

    To be eligible, participants must:

    • Be a Fil-Am Spring Fest registrant, newsletter subscriber, or social media follower
    • Register for Kumustahan at Toby's
    • Be at least 18 years old
    • Attend the event and be present when the winner is drawn

    Each eligible attendee will receive one entry. No purchase or donation is required.

    Kumustahan at Toby’s is also an opportunity to:

    • Catch up with our supporters and continue the relationships built through Fil-Am Spring Fest
    • Thank our volunteers, sponsors, vendors, partners, subscribers, followers, and community supporters
    • Recognize Toby’s for its generous contribution to the Inova Blood Drive
    • Support Toby’s by purchasing ice cream, coffee, food, and other menu items
    • Introduce Fil-Am FEST and the team behind its community work
    • Share upcoming Fil-Am FEST events and activities

    This will be a casual, informal gathering. Guests may purchase food and beverages directly from Toby’s, but a purchase will not increase anyone’s chance of winning.

    One entry per eligible attendee. No purchase or donation is required. The winner must be present and satisfy the eligibility requirements. Fil-Am FEST directors, officers, individuals administering the drawing, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. The prize is subject to the Fairfax Marriott certificate’s availability, expiration date, and other restrictions. If the selected person is absent or ineligible, another name will be drawn.
