MINIMUM AGE POLICY: An applicant must have completed 15 years as of the retreat start date to be eligible for volunteering.
Only confirmed volunteers and attendees will be allowed in the venue during the retreat.
Volunteer registrations are non-transferable. The volunteer’s name in the registration must match the name on the government issued photo identification.
Volunteers under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to participate in volunteering at Blossom Foundation NJ Fall 2026 Programs with Sri M in Princeton, NJ, and the parent or guardian must sign the volunteer registration Jotform on behalf of their child when submitting the application.
For any confirmed volunteer under the age of 18, parents or guardians should complete a volunteer liability form on their behalf upon arrival at the venue and be on site as a registered attendee or volunteer.
CHILD ATTENDANCE POLICY: We request you to make appropriate arrangements for any children you may have that are not selected for volunteering during your participation as a volunteer.
Blossom Foundation does not offer any child care on campus. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children under 18 who are confirmed to volunteer at Sacred Grove.
NO SHOW POLICY: Volunteer cancellations less than 7 days before the retreat will result in being ineligible to volunteer for the next season retreats. Notification must be sent to Blossom Foundation’s Volunteer Team at sriminnj@gmail.com at least 7 days in advance if an applicant is unable to come to Sacred Grove for volunteering.
During volunteering hours on campus, no work is permitted. Volunteers must inform their lead in advance if they have a short work call (less than an hour) and take this from their hotel or the main parking lot.
Blossom Foundation NJ retains the right to refuse service to anyone.
Blossom Foundation NJ is not liable for any cancellations, delays or damages in conducting the retreat or program resulting from unforeseen causes or events, unforeseeable, independent or superseding events beyond the Foundation’s control, including but not limited to Acts of God, epidemics, hurricanes, tornadoes, natural catastrophes etc.
Blossom Foundation NJ reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel any aspect of the retreat or program. Volunteers acknowledge and agree that Blossom Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or costs arising from any change.
The volunteer team allocations, tasks and schedule of the retreat is subject to change at the discretion of Blossom Foundation NJ.
Blossom Foundation NJ will make best efforts to communicate any changes to the retreat.
