Thank you for your interest in performing at the Annual Conyers Latin Festival 10th Anniversary. Unidos Latino Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, and Conyers Latin Festival is our Annual Fundraiser.

While we value every performer, compensation cannot be guaranteed because it is subject to available funding and sponsorships.

For artists under the age of 18, parent or legal guardian’s must complete this application.
Application acceptance is not guaranteed, and we reserve the unconditional right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to reject any group, individual or organization whose presentation, goals or objectives may be offensive and do not align with the family-friendly nature of the event or our organization.
