This evaluation allows us to assess technical ability, consultation skills, professionalism, sanitation practices, time management, and overall alignment with the Noiraé Studios service standards.

The practical onboarding evaluation is part of our hiring process and does not constitute employment or guarantee an offer of employment. Candidates who successfully complete all stages of the hiring process may receive a formal offer to join the Noiraé Studios team.

Candidates selected to join our team will complete a structured onboarding program before providing services to guests. This training is designed to introduce our service standards, salon policies, guest experience expectations, and daily operations to ensure every team member is fully prepared for success.
