  • I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this event, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional.

    We reserve the right to reject or withdraw (before) or during the festival any volunteer whose intentions or attitudes are not compatible with the family-friendly nature of Conyers Latin Festival.

     MEDIA RELEASE AGREEMENT

    By participating in the Conyers Latin Festival, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and/or live television or online streaming may take place during the event.

    You hereby grant Conyers Latin Festival and Unidos Latino Association, Inc. the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, and publish any and all photographs, video footage, or recordings in which you may appear while attending the festival. This includes, but is not limited to, use for promotional purposes, publicity, advertising, social media, and other forms of publication, without limitation or reservation, and without compensation. This release applies to all media formats now known or developed in the future.
