Volunteer Agreement and Code of Conduct
Agreement
By submitting this registration, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this Knights of Columbus Council 5322 event. I agree to conduct myself in a manner that reflects the values and principles of the Knights of Columbus and the teachings of the Catholic Church.
I understand that I am expected to:
- Treat all volunteers, parishioners, clergy, guests, and community members with courtesy, dignity, and respect.
- Follow the directions of the event coordinator and designated council leaders.
Perform assigned duties safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude throughout the event.
- Help create a safe, respectful, and family-friendly environment.
- Immediately report any unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, or concerns to the event coordinator.
I understand that failure to follow these expectations may result in my removal from volunteer activities at the discretion of the event coordinator or council leadership.
