If your photo is selected and paid for, you grant CCJ Holdings LLC, doing business as Shawn Buys Houses, a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, crop, resize, and adapt the photograph for any business purpose, including on our websites, in social media, in printed materials, and in advertising.

You keep ownership of your photograph and remain free to use, sell, or license it to anyone else. This license is non-exclusive.

You confirm that you took the photograph, that you own all rights to it, that it is an authentic photograph and not AI-generated, and that our use of it will not infringe anyone else's rights or privacy. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from a breach of these confirmations.

Payment of the agreed amount is the full and complete consideration for this license. No further payment is owed for any use.
