Redemption & Registration Process

Step 1) Between 6 March 2026 and 31 Aug 2026, pay the single adult tram fare of HK$3.3 using a Visa

Step 2) Complete the online registration

Step 3) Successful registrants will receive a confirmation email from tramoramic@hktramways.com within 7 working days, containing a unique Redemption Code

Step 4) When purchasing a Ticket on the official website, enter the“Redemption Code immediately to deduct the offer amount and redeem one Single Ride Ticket for free.

參加資格

獨立兌換碼

• 成功登記者將於7個工作天內透過電郵收到獨立換領碼。
• 確認電郵內的獨立換領碼只限登記者本人使用。
• 成功獲取獨立換領碼並不代表代表已成功預訂「電車全景遊」。座位須提前預約，並視乎供應情況而定，請提前於網上預訂座位。
• 獨立換領碼只限於指定期間內在「電車全景遊」官方網站上預訂行程時使用，詳情請參閱登記表格。
• 獨立換領碼或換領之乘車券不可轉讓、不可兌換現金或其他物品。如未於兌換期內使用，將自動失效，且不設延期、更換或重新發出。
• 如預訂行程結算時實付金額超出獨立兌換碼的面值，其差額須以信用卡支付。如實付金額低於獨立兌換碼之面值，差額概不找續，亦不會以現金、退款、信用額、積分、代金券或任何其他形式作出補償。

行程條款

• 為保障乘客安全及因應營運需要，香港電車公司可因道路狀況、天氣、交通、營運安排或其他不可控制情況，隨時更改出發及抵達時間、調整服務內容或取消服務，恕不另行通知。
• 參加者須於預定出發時間前至少 10 分鐘到達出發地點，並全程遵從職員指示。
• 參加者於登車時或按職員要求時，須出示預約憑證。
• 「電車全景遊」座位以先到先得方式安排，不設劃位。
• 任何未使用之乘車券、餘額或已過期車票均不獲延期、退款或順延使用。
• 獲發之「電車全景遊」黃金套票條款及安排，以香港電車公司之最新規定為準。

個人資料

• 就本贈送活動所收集的個人資料，僅用於活動管理、資格核實、發放兌換碼及聯絡成功登記者。
• 個人資料將只保留至完成上述用途所需之期間，並按主辦方之資料保存政策及適用法律刪除或銷毀。

一般條款

• 本活動設有三個不同時段，分別為網上優惠登記期、兌換乘車券期及乘車出發日期，詳情請參閱登記表格。參加者須於各自適用的時段內完成相應步驟，否則有關資格或優惠將被視為失效。
• 如換領踴躍或因任何其他原因導致購票失敗，香港電車保留暫停或提早終止換領的權利，恕不作另行通知，亦不會補發或賠償。
• 參與本推廣活動代表同意本活動之《活動免責聲明及條款》。如有任何爭議，主辦方保留最終決定權，並具約束力。
• 如有需要，主辦方保留隨時修改、暫停或終止本活動及／或修訂本條款及細則之權利，恕不另行通知。
• 如中英文版本之內容有任何不一致或歧義，概以中文版本為準。

Eligibility

• Participants must have paid the single adult tram fare of HK$3.3 using a Visa credit card during the designated period and completed the online registration in order to be eligible for redemption.
• The number of promotional entitlements is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
• Hong Kong Tramways reserves the right to cancel any fraudulent registrations and has final decision-making authority. For full details, please refer to the “Event Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions”.
• If the registrant does not receive the relevant confirmation email, the registration shall be deemed unsuccessful.

Individual Redemption Code

• Successful registrants will receive an individual redemption code by email within 7 working days.
• The individual redemption code in the confirmation email is for the registrant’s own use only.
• Successful receipt of an individual redemption code does not mean that the TramOramic Tour has been successfully booked. Seats must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability. Please make an online seat reservation in advance.
• The individual redemption code may only be used during the designated period when making reservation on the official TramOramic Tour website. Please refer to the registration form for details.
• The individual redemption code or the ticket redeemed thereunder are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items. If not used within the redemption period, it will automatically expire, and no extension, replacement, or reissue will be provided.
• If the amount payable upon booking exceeds the face value of the individual redemption code, the difference must be paid by credit card. If the amount payable is less than the face value of the individual redemption code, no change will be given, and no compensation will be provided in the form of cash, refund, credit, points, vouchers, or any other means.

Tour Conditions

• In order to protect the safety of passengers, HK Tramways may temporarily change the arrival and departure time, adjust the service content or cancel the service due to road conditions and other factors without notice.
• Participants must arrive at the departure point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time and follow the instructions of staff at all times.
• Participants must present the booking confirmation when boarding or upon request by staff.
• Seating for the TramOramic Tour is on a first-come, first-served basis, and no designated seating is available.
• Any unused ticket, balance, or expired ticket will not be extended, refunded, or carried forward for later use.
• The terms and arrangements of the issued TramOramic Tour Golden Pass shall be subject to the latest rules and regulations of Hong Kong Tramways.

Personal Data

• Personal data collected for this Giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway, verification of eligibility, issuance of redemption codes, and contact with successful registrants.
• Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the above purposes and will then be deleted or destroyed in accordance with the Organizer’s data retention policy and applicable laws.

General Conditions

• This promotion is divided into three separate periods, namely the Online Registration Period, the Ticket Redemption Period, and the Travel Date, please refer to the registration form for details. Participants must complete the relevant steps within the applicable period, failing which the relevant eligibility or benefit shall be deemed forfeited.
• Hong Kong Tramways reserves the right to suspend or terminate the redemption at any time without prior notice and without compensation if redemption demand is high or for any other reason.
• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of all the terms and conditions applicable to this offer. In the event of any dispute, the Organizer’s decision shall be final and binding.
• The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Giveaway and/or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, where necessary.
• In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
