Mike Jones National Group Director at ProRef (formerly PGMO), where he leads the development, performance and management of referees operating across the EFL and National Group pathway.
He is a former professional football referee who officiated in the Premier League, taking charge of more than 400 top-flight matches, and was a FIFA-listed referee between 2009 and 2019. He also officiated major domestic cup finals and international fixtures during a career spanning more than two decades, before turning his attention to the officiating talent coming through the system.
