Entry Requirements
- All participating dogs must be friendly and remain on a leash at all times.
- Dogs must be spayed or neutered.
- Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and have a current rabies vaccination.
- Pets must be under their owner's control and must be comfortable participating.
- Costumes must be safe and humane. No costumes that restrict breathing, vision, movement, or the pet's ability to eat or drink. Costumes should not contain sharp, hazardous, or easily detachable items.
- Rescue Rehome Repeat reserves the right to exclude a costume if it presents a safety concern.
- Owners acknowledge that Rescue Rehome Repeat is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage involving their pet or participation in the contest.
