4. Only deposit payment and completion of the participant details validates your registration.

5. After your initial registration, make subsequent payments according to the payment schedule.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment Information

Package Price - CAD $2,100 per person based on double occupancy.

Payment Instructions

1. Please ensure you complete the form below and make your deposit payment to reserve your space in the group.

2. After completing each payment, please send a screenshot of your payment confirmation along with the participant’s full name to team@fitfestottawa.com and valentina@vmbholidayexperiences.com. This will allow us to properly reconcile the payment with your name and keep your payment records up to date.

Booking Conditions

All payments are non-refundable once received. If you are unable to attend, your payment may be transferred to another guest of your choosing.
Spaces are limited and your reservation is confirmed ONLY once your completed registration form and deposit have been received.
All payments must be received by the due dates above.
Failure to make scheduled payments may result in your reservation being cancelled.
