Vendor Agreement & Cancellation Policy.

Vendor spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis during the designated setup period from 7:00–8:00 AM. Vendors must operate within their selected space and are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, extension cords, equipment, and electric source. Tents and canopies must be properly secured.
Cancellation, Refund & Payment Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable, including vendor cancellations and no-shows.

If the event is canceled by the Event Organizer due to circumstances within its control, vendors may receive a refund, less any applicable processing fee, or elect to apply the payment as a credit toward a future event.

The Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event due to severe weather, public safety concerns, acts of God, government orders, or circumstances beyond its control. Refund or credit determinations in these circumstances will be communicated to registered vendors.

Full payment is required to reserve vendor space. Registration is not complete and booth space is not guaranteed until the completed registration and payment have been received. Spaces are assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis.

Vendor Fees

Standard Vendor Booth — $50

Food Truck Vendor — $100

Vendors are responsible for providing their own electric source.
