Thank you for your interest in adopting from Astoria Paws Cats! Please complete this application honestly and thoroughly. Our adoption fee helps cover a portion of the medical care each cat receives before adoption, including spay/neuter surgery, microchipping, FeLV/FIV testing, vaccinations (when age-appropriate), deworming, and flea treatment. Adoption Fees: * Single Kitten: $150 * Pair of Kittens: $250 * Adult Cat: $125 Completing this application does not guarantee approval, as our priority is finding the safest and most suitable forever home for every cat. Once your application is approved, the adoption will be finalized upon completion of the adoption agreement and payment of the applicable adoption fee.
