Cars & Coffee Vehicle Registration Form
By registering for Cars & Coffee, participants agree to the following: Registration is $10 per vehicle and is non-refundable. Please arrive during the designated check-in time beginning at 8:00 a.m. The event will begin at 9:00 a.m. and run until 11:00 a.m. Follow all directions from event staff and volunteers. Drive safely at all times. No burnouts, excessive revving, speeding, racing, or reckless driving will be tolerated. Vehicles must remain in their assigned space until the designated departure time unless directed otherwise by event staff. Participants are responsible for keeping their display area clean & dispose of any trash. The Henderson Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any participant or vehicle that does not comply with these rules or poses a safety concern.
