Choose How You Want Your Laundry Priced

We offer two easy ways to pay. the option that fits your laundry best:
Option 1 - Price Per LB - We weigh your laundry after pickup. You pay based on the total weight of your laundry. Great if you have a small amount of laundry.

Option 2 - Price Per 13 Gallon Trash Bag - Fill one 13 -gallon trash bag, tie it closed, and pay one flat price per bag. No weighing needed.

Choose "Per Bag" if your Laundry fits in 13-gallon trash bags and you want one simple flat price. Choose "Per Pound" if you have a smaller load and would rather pay by weight.

Unsanitary Items Policy:

For the safety of our team, we do not accept items contaminated with bodily fluids (blood, urine, vomit, feces), bugs, mold or excessive pet hair. If contaminated items are included, the order will be returned unwashed and a $20.00 Unsanitary Handling fee will apply.
Policies & Service Terms
By scheduling a pickup with Our Home Wash & Fold Solutions, you agree to the following Terms:

1. Pocket Check: Customers are responsible for checking all garment pockets prior to pickup. Our Home Wash & Fold Solutions is not responsible for damage to clothing or loss of items left in pockets (e.g., cash, jewelry, pens, lip balm, electronics).
2. Laundry Sorting & Washing: We sort laundry into lights and darks and wash using cold water to help preserve fabric life and color, unless alternative written instructions have been submitted and approved.
3. Drying: We dry garments on low to medium heat to minizmize shrinkage. Garments are dried using low or medium heat based on the fabric whenever possible to help minimize shrinkage and fabric damage.
4. Special Care Items: Please notify us prior to pickup of any items requiring special attention.Customers are responsible for notifying us before pickup of We reserve the right to decline dry clean only or specialty garments.
5. Garment Condition & Pre-Existing Damage: We are not liable for damage resulting from normal laundering of items with pre-existing stains, weakened fibers, loose seams, missing buttons, color bleeding, shrinkage, or normal wear and tear.
6. Lost or Missing Items: While we take maximum care with your belongings, Our Home Wash & Fold Solutions is not liable for missing items unless caused by proven negligence on our part.
7. Bagging Requirements: All laundry that is being charged by the bag must be securely tied in standard 13-gallon trash bags that are completely closed and free of rips or tears.
8. Pickup Avaliability & Missed Pickup Fee: Laundry must be accessable at your designated spot during your scheduled window. If your laundry is unavailable during your scheduled time, a $11.00 Missed Pickup Fee will apply prior to rescheduling.
9. Limitation of Liability: Our maximum liability for any claim regarding lost or damaged items is limited to the total service cost paid for that specific order.
