PLAN 3 - PREMIUM UNLIMITED MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT ANNUAL

Client agrees to purchase website services from TJ'S Websites.

Fees:

• Website Setup Fee: $499 (one-time payment)
• Annual Maintenance $899/Year

Services Included:

• Website hosting and maintenance
• Unlimited content edits

Definition of an Edit:An edit includes simple text changes, photo updates, menu updates, business hour changes, contact information changes, event updates, and similar content changes.

Custom development, new functionality, third-party integrations, major website modifications, and e-commerce setup are not included as standard edits.

Terms:

• Unlimited edits are subject to reasonable business use.
• TJ Websites may require up to 3 business days to complete edit requests depending on workload and request complexity.
• No refunds will be issued.
• This agreement is for a 12-month term.
