AQHA offers funding to international affiliates/organizations to implement educational clinics in their countries. The clinics may be in-person, virtual or hybrid, and AQHA encourages the international affiliates/organizations to invite university student(s), professional horseman and industry professionals to serve as their clinician(s). All approved AQHA professionals must maintain an active AQHA membership and remain in good standing.
If you would like to be included in AQHA’s portfolio of experts interested in leading an international clinic, please complete this intake form.
The information you submit will be provided to International Educational Marketplace grant recipients to aid in their planning. If you are selected as a potential clinician, you will be contacted directly by the grant recipient to discuss clinic goals, your availability and the terms of the agreement and compensation and/or reimbursement.
By submitting your information, you are indicating your interest in traveling internationally for the International Educational Marketplace Program and your responses will be kept on file until you notify AQHA International to remove your submission.
For clinicians and university student(s), airfare and in country accommodations are included within the contract.
For clinicians, in addition to the above allowances, there is a per clinic day compensation rate.
