2026 NMF Remembrance Walk Registration

Important Information—Please Read Before Registering: We custom order the t-shirts you indicate below specifically for you and your group so we appreciate you choosing to receive a shirt only if your plans to participate in the walk are firm. T-shirts cannot be held for pick-up at another time or shipped. Our event is run entirely by volunteers and we are only able to offer what is noted here in the scope of the in-person event. Thank you for helping us to use the fund's resources effectively to serve as many families as possible.

Registration Deadline

Register by Monday, September 14 to:

Receive a 2026 Nora Madelyn Fund for Infant & Child Loss Remembrance Walk t-shirt, if you choose to register for a t-shirt
Have your baby's name listed on the back of the walk t-shirt
Have your baby's name included in the reading of the names before the start of the walk
Have a yard sign with your baby's name on it posted on the walk route

ALL persons who will be participating must register for the walk.

How did you hear about the NMF Remembrance Walk?

Donations: Visit the Providence Newberg Health Foundation Web site to donate.

We are able to host the Remembrance Walk and the Remembrance Ceremony and butterfly release in the summer because of the generosity of our donors. Our donors enable us to provide material support and outreach to bereaved families at PNMC and in the community. We appreciate your support if you are in a position to give.

Will you donate at this time?

Waiver: By submitting this form, I/we hereby waive all claims against and hold harmless the Nora Madelyn Fund, Providence Newberg Health Foundation and/or Providence Newberg Medical Center, their sponsors, volunteers, and/or staff for any illness or injury incurred. I/we give full permission for the Nora Madelyn Fund, Providence Newberg Health Foundation, and/or Providence Newberg Medical Center to use any photographs, video or other recording of I/us for legitimate purposes and promotion of the event or future NMF events on Web sites, social media and/or in printed materials.
