  • NY Forward Small Project Eligibility Checklist

  • The Village of Heuvelton is considering a Small Project Fund through the NY Forward program and is collecting Letters of Interest to understand demand within the downtown area. Submission of a Letter of Interest does not guarantee that the Village of Heuvelton will apply for the Small Project Fund. If established, there will be a full application process at a later date. All awards would be reimbursement-based and require a minimum 25% property owner match. This letter will help assess potential interest in establishing a Small Project Fund in Heuvelton.     If you are interested in submitting a letter of interest for a small project, please use the below form and fill in the boxes with the information specific to your project. Submitting this letter of interest will serve as demonstration of demand for a Small Project Fund.

  • To the Village of Heuvelton Local Planning Committee, 

    I am writing to confirm my interest in participating in the Village of Heuvelton's Small Project Fund.

  • I understand the submittal of this letter of interest does not guarantee funding, and I will be required to submit an application to the administering entity of the Fund, if the project is selected for funding through NY Forward.

  • For which I understand that Project sponsors are responsible for providing at least 25% of total eligible project costs. This program is reimbursement-based and sponsors must pay for approved work upfront and will be reimbursed only after project completion and submission of required documentation. Only eligible activities will be considered for funding. Deferred maintenance, general repairs, and other ineligible activities will not be funded.
