VETS Torchbearer Gatherings are private, highly curated fundraising experiences created in close partnership with select hosts who want to introduce the VETS mission to their personal and philanthropic networks. Together, we thoughtfully shape an intimate experience that brings people closer to the mission through powerful storytelling, meaningful connection, and an opportunity to make a significant philanthropic impact.

As a host, you become an important partner in expanding the VETS community and helping generate the resources needed to advance healing for veterans and their families. The VETS team partners closely with you throughout the process—from guest and fundraising strategy to mission storytelling and the overall event experience.

By signing and submitting this form, I agree that, if approved to host a VETS Signature Event, I will partner with Veterans Exploring Treatment Solutions (VETS) to create a meaningful and impactful event that reflects the organization’s mission, values, and standards. I understand that all Signature Events are developed in collaboration with VETS and that event details, fundraising strategy, messaging, branding, and use of the VETS name or logo must be coordinated and approved by the VETS team. Submission of this application does not guarantee approval to host a Signature Event.
