Transportation (City of Compton)
Does your student need transportation?
Transportation Request & Acknowledgment: I understand that SCJCA transportation is available only for participants residing within the City of Compton and that seating is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. I also understand that a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult (18+) must be present at the designated drop-off location to receive my child. If no authorized adult is present, SCJCA reserves the right to follow its transportation and safety procedures, which may include returning the participant to the program site or contacting the parent/guardian.
SCJCA Liability Waiver & Release
I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian (or participant if 18 years of age or older), understand that participation in Southern California Junior Cricket Academy (SCJCA) programs and activities involves inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks and release, waive, and hold harmless Southern California Junior Cricket Academy (SCJCA), the City of Compton, the City of Compton Parks & Recreation Department, Kelly Park, SCJCA's Board of Directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

As part of this release, I also authorize SCJCA and its partners to photograph, video record, and use images or recordings of my child (or myself) during program activities for educational, promotional, marketing, social media, website, grant reporting, and other organizational purposes without compensation.
I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this Liability Waiver and Release.
