PLAN 2 - STANDARD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT ANNUAL

Client agrees to purchase website services from TJ'S Websites.

Fees:

• Website Setup Fee: $499 (one-time payment)
• Annual Maintenance $499/Year

Services Included:

• Website hosting and maintenance
• Up to 10 content edits per month

Definition of an Edit:
An edit includes simple text changes, photo updates, menu updates, business hour changes, contact
information changes, event updates, and similar content changes.

Custom development, new functionality, third-party integrations, e-commerce setup, and major website
modifications are not included as standard edits.

Additional Edits:

• $9.99 per edit after the first 10 edits each month

Terms:

• Unused edits do not roll over to future months.
• This agreement is for a 12-month term.
• TJ Websites may require up to 3 business days to complete edit requests depending on workload and
  request complexity.
• No refunds will be issued.
