• Learn-To-Ride@CarondeletPark | 5:30 p.m. October 5 to 8 (Monday through Thursday)

Please read and fill out our BWorks registration carefully, and be sure to put the four class sessions on your calendar! A lot of time and effort by BWorks' team of dedicated staff and volunteers goes into making each four-session Learn-To-Ride cohort a success, and we need your help in honoring that by making the four class sessions you sign up for a priority for your child. This free, four-evenings-in-a-row Learn-To-Ride course for students ages 8 to 17 years old is focused on learning to get up on two wheels and will take place in Carondelet Park. The group will meet at the Quarry Pavilion in Carondelet Park (3900 Holly Hills Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63116) at 5:30 p.m. on October 5, 6, 7 and 8 (with each evening's class ending at 7:30 p.m.). St. Louis BWorks provides all needed materials (e.g. loaner bikes, plus helmets to keep) and teachers to help students achieve this goal. Learn-To-Ride students who successfully complete this program can go on, if they wish, to enroll in a BWorks Earn-A-Bike class (that’s a separate six-session course which focuses on more bike skills and ends with a graduation ride around the community — plus taking home a nicely refurbished bicycle to keep). Students must consistently attend the classes. We limit the size of Learn-To-Ride to eight students at a time in each group, and just one student per family per group given ongoing high demand for this popular class. Big thanks to Great Rivers Greenway for their support that is helping us to bring bike classes to Carondelet Park in 2026!
