Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
For cancellations made 30 or more days before the event, the deposit may be transferred to one available replacement date within 12 months, subject to availability. For cancellations made 14–29 days before the event, the deposit remains non-refundable but may be transferred to one available replacement date within 12 months.For cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event, the deposit is forfeited.For cancellations made fewer than 72 hours before the event, the customer may be responsible for up to the full contracted balance because food, labor and supplies may already have been committed.
Deposit and Payment Policy:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the event date. The event is not officially booked until the deposit has been received and DePasquale’s has confirmed the reservation.The remaining balance is due no later than seven days before the event. Events booked within seven days of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.The deposit amount and remaining balance will be provided in your customized quote.
Outdoor Event and Weather Policy:
The customer is responsible for providing a reasonably safe, level and accessible setup area. If severe weather makes operation unsafe or impossible, DePasquales and the customer will attempt to reschedule the event. Any refund or credit may be reduced by non-recoverable food, labor, travel, rental or supply expenses already incurred
Final Guest Count:
The final guaranteed guest count must be submitted seven days before the event. Food preparation, staffing and pricing will be based on the final guaranteed number. A decrease in attendance after the deadline will not automatically reduce the agreed price. Guest-count increases must be approved and may result in additional charges.
