Retreat Cancellation and Payment Policy
By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation and payment policy:
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your room or bed for the Fem & Co retreat. Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the retreat start date.
Guest Cancellations:
The $300 deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your reservation 30 days or more before the retreat, any payments made beyond the $300 deposit may be refunded or, at Fem & Co’s discretion, transferred toward a future retreat.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable, including the deposit and any remaining balance paid, as accommodations, food, staffing, and other retreat expenses have already been committed.
Fem & Co Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that Fem & Co must cancel the retreat, guests will receive a full refund of all payments made to Fem & Co.
