1. Liability Release

In consideration of my child being photographed by ShotByLB, LLC (“the Company”) during sporting events, practices, or related activities, I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby release, forever discharge, and hold harmless the Company, its owner, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to my child or myself in connection with the Company's photography activities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
2. Personal Use License

Shot_ByLB, LLC grants me a personal, non-exclusive, download, print, and share the photographs and/or video footage of my child taken during the above session(s) for my own personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., personal social media accounts, printed keepsakes, or sharing with family). All images remain the property of Shot_ByLB, LLC, and this license does not permit commercial use, resale, or alteration of the Company's watermark or branding.
3. Company Media & Marketing Use

I grant Shot_ByLB, LLC permission to use photographs and/or video footage of my child, taken during the above session(s), for the Company's own business, marketing, and social media purposes, including posting on the Company's social media accounts (such as Instagram and Facebook), its website, and promotional materials.
4. No Compensation

I understand that I will not receive any payment or other compensation for any use of these images by Shot_ByLB, LLC.
5. Right to Request Removal

I may request that a specific photo of my child be removed from the Company's social media accounts at any time by contacting Shot_ByLB, LLC directly. This will not affect images already printed, sold, or otherwise distributed prior to the request.
6. Acknowledgment

I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named above, that I have read this release in full, and that I understand and agree to its terms.
