TOUR PRICE
AUD$11,995 per person
Pricing is based on your own room throughout and includes all items noted in the tour brochure itinerary.

DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of A$2,500 is required to secure your place on the tour.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received or a receipt of payment has been emailed to our team.

FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due by 1st June 2027

We will send out a reminder about 2 weeks before the payment due date

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Once your deposit has been received, you will receive an updated tax invoice with an email outlining your booking details, including payment due dates.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
Final travel documents will be issued approximately 2–4 weeks prior to departure. Comprehensive pre-departure information will be sent out 3 months prior to departure.

Want to extend your stay in Tokyo?
f you would like to extend your journey with pre- or post-tour accommodation, at our group hotels, we can arrange extra nights. Rates have not been released yet, but they will be inclusive of breakfast and airport transfers ( Haneda & Narita airports) for your peace of mind.

For payments made from 1st October 2026: Two’s a Crowd accepts payment by credit card or direct bank transfer for the initial deposit required to secure a tour booking. Any applicable merchant fees associated with a credit card payment of the initial deposit will be absorbed by Two’s a Crowd and will not be charged separately to you.

All subsequent payments, including progress payments and final balances, must be paid by direct bank transfer to the bank account nominated by Two’s a Crowd.

Two’s a Crowd does not accept credit card payments for progress payments or final tour balances.
