  • Constellation Innovation Fellow Application

    You are invited to apply for the Innovation Fellow Program with Constellation Energy, a unique opportunity developed through the partnership between Beacon College's Center for Career Preparation and Constellation Energy. A select group of 10-15 students from a cross-section of majors will be chosen to participate in this experience during the Fall 2026 semester. Fellows will work alongside Constellation Energy leaders to research an authentic business challenge, develop recommendations, and present a final solution to company leaders. Due to the commitment and nature of this experience, applicants should carefully review all program expectations before applying.

    Program Overview

    The Center for Career Preparation has partnered with Constellation Energy to launch the Constellation Innovation Fellow Program, a unique consulting-style experience available to a select group of Beacon College students.

    As a Constellation Innovation Fellow, you will work alongside fellow students and Constellation Energy professionals to address an authentic business challenge facing the company. Fellows will research, collaborate, develop recommendations, and present a final solution to company leaders at the conclusion of the program.

    Program Commitment

    Select Constellation Innovation Fellows will:

    • Represent Beacon College as part of our partnership with Constellation Energy. 
    • Participate in a 12-week hybrid consulting experience. 
    • Attend virtual consultation meetings with Constellation Energy professionals and collaboration meetings with the Center for Career Preparation. 
    • Conduct research, teamwork, and project work outside scheduled meetings as needed. 
    • Deliver a final presentation to Constellation Energy leaders at the conclusion of the program.

    What are the Meeting Dates/Times/Locations?

    All Meetings/Student Consultations with Constellation leaders take place virtually at the Career Center from 2:00 PM to 2:50 PM EST as shown below unless otherwise noted:
    • Monday, August 3 (Kick Off meeting from home), 17 (from home), 31 (at Career Center)
    • Monday, September 14, 28
    • Monday, October 5, 19
    • Monday, November 2, 16, 30
    • Monday, December 7

    Innovation Fellows will also meet:
    • Biweekly with Faith Otero, Career Advisor
    • Additional collaboration hours with peers as determined


    Final Case Challenge Presentation to Constellation Leadership and Beacon College guests:
    • Wednesday, December 9  @ 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM. Location TBD.

    Who Can Apply?

    Open to Beacon College:

    • Sophomores
    • Juniors
    • Seniors 

    Preferred majors include:

    • Business Management
    • Computer Information Systems (CIS)
    • Design + Digital Media
    • Hospitality & Tourism
    • Human Services
    • Psychology 

    Students from other majors with strong interest and relevant skills may also be considered.
