Ongoing Services - Working Together

During the Blueprint Session, we will be happy to answer all questions about working together
on an ongoing basis.

We are often called the easy button for a company's podcast because we provide the strategy
and implementation. See below for details on what it would look like if we were to work together
on an ongoing basis beyond the blueprint sessions to provide the strategy and implementation.

What is the workflow?

Our goal is to make this as easy as possible on you. We have designed our system so it is as "push button" easy on you as it is for us to publish our own podcasts. There are 3 simple steps for you (which should take 60-120 seconds).

With our service you simply use the free resource Google drive and we do everything else.

Here’s is the general workflow:

1. You hit the “stop” button on your recording
2. You upload the audio to a folder in google drive that we create for you.
3. You fill out the name of the guest and company.

That's it! From there onward, we handle the rest of the details to get the podcast audio edited, add on the intro and outro, upload the audio to your audio hosting and get the blog post created and distribute it across all platforms. We are there the whole way to make sure the strategy is on point and you are held accountable to reaching out to your Dream 200.

What is the onboarding process like and how long will it take?
During the onboarding, we will explain to you how we work and give you examples of how to conduct interviews. In general, it could take 5 to 7 weeks to launch, depending on whether you are creating the intro and outro music or the artwork, or if we are.

Usually the biggest delay is us waiting on the client for approval on art work and intro and outro. Also, Apple podcasts could take weeks to approve in some cases if they are backed up.

Here is the initial onboarding:

• Create intro and outro for the podcast which includes music and voiceover
• Create video intro and outro to overlay on the audio if doing videos as well
• Create podcast cover art design and approval
• Create 4 podcast episodes that are needed to launch on itunes
• Apply to get approval on itunes
• If doing video then add us as a manager on youtube account for uploads
• Sign up for audio hosting to upload episodes

Here is the ongoing process after the podcast has launched:

• Our audio editor gets the audio portion done (if applicable)
• Our video editor gets the video done (if applicable)
• Our audio and video editor produces the audio
• Our audio editor uploads the mp3 in the media host
• Our audio editor enters the details for the episode in the episode log for your audio/media host
• Our audio editor notifies the writer that it is complete
• Our writer goes into creation mode
• Our writer gets the audio from the audio editor and reviews
• Our writer does SEO research on the topic
• Our writer completes all sections of the blog post which will then be loaded into the media host notes also
• Our writer communicates with web assistant to post everything on the website
• Our writer communicates with the client that it is being posted
• Your resources are scheduled where and how you want them based on the episode log we provide for you
• We do it all again for the next episode.

We have been doing this for a combined ~20 years and have thought through every step of the process to streamline and systematize it, so that it runs smoothly for ourselves and clients week after week, episode after episode.

Terms and Conditions

Please read these “Terms of Service” before using Rise25 services ("us", "we", or "our").

Your use of Rise25’s Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all owners, employees, and others who use or benefit from Rise25’s Service.

By using Rise25’s Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not use the Service.

Sole Agreement

The terms contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between Rise25 and Client. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.

Payment Terms - One-Time Service

Where Rise25 is providing a one-time service or sponsorship, Rise25 shall charge the client once.

Payment Terms - Ongoing Service

Where Rise25 is providing an ongoing service, all services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Rise25 cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal by cancelling your recurring payment.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Rise25 to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Connecting to 3rd Party Software Services

Our Service may utilize third-party software services that are not owned or controlled by Rise25, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Libsyn, Asana, Slack, and others (the “third-party software services”).

Rise25 has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, terms of use, or practices of these third-party software services. You further acknowledge and agree that Rise25 shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through Rise25’s services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

Release & Liability Waiver

Client, its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns do hereby release and hold harmless Productized Podcasts, LLC and its subsidiaries, principals, directors, employees, agents, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns and any of its owners, executives, agents, or staff of and from all actions, claims, or suits arising from this Agreement.

Productized Podcasts, LLC shall in no event be held liable to any party for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from Rise25 services. Rise25 assume no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear. All disputes arising under or concerning this Agreement are to be submitted to binding arbitration, in Marin County, California.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rise25 and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.

Authorization to Act on Behalf of Client

Client authorizes Rise25 and its agents to act and communicate on its behalf.

Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy (https://rise25.com/gdpr-privacy-policy/). You agree that they constitute part of these terms. You must read our Privacy Policy before you use Rise25’s Service.

Expiration of Services

Because Rise25 incurs labor costs to perform its services, you agree to complete Rise25's Blueprint process within 6 months of first executing this agreement. If you do not complete all of Rise25's Blueprint sessions within 6 months, you may need to begin the Dream 200 Blueprint process over again, including paying a new Blueprint session fee.

Refund Policy

Because Rise25 incurs hard costs to fulfill its responsibilities to each client by hiring and training staff, purchasing equipment and software, and because Rise25 incurs costs preparing to perform and immediately after a new client signs up for its services, Rise25's fees are nonrefundable. But there is one exception. We will refund the Rise25 fees to clients in a situation if a client was charged multiple times in error.
