Every puppy deserves a loving, committed family, and every family deserves the puppy that best fits their lifestyle. Please answer each question honestly and thoroughly. Completing this questionnaire does not guarantee puppy placement, and Shengulli Shepherds reserves the right to refuse the sale of a puppy if we feel the placement is not in the puppy's best interest.
