Annual Conference 2026 Application 

Our Emerging Talent Programme welcomes younger professionals, new to the pensions industry, to our Annual Conference in Liverpool for the first time. Qualifying members will have the opportunity to join our Emerging Talent Network to make connections and expand their pensions knowledge at the conference.

The Emerging Talent Network is for people who: 

• work for a Pensions UK business member or business member with associated master trust organisation 
• are early on in their working career, for example, less than three years
• have worked in the pensions industry for less than two years 
• are in a non-business development/sales role, and non-managerial position 
• are attending one of our main conferences (Investment, Local Authority and Annual) for the first time.

*To qualify, you need to be early on in your working career, have worked in the pensions industry for less than two years (in a non-business development/sales role), be in a non-managerial role at a Pensions UK business member or business member with associated master trust organisation, have not attended one of our main conferences (Investment, Local Authority and Annual) before.

Saving of £3,135+VAT represents the cost of a full-price business member delegate ticket. Up to two registrations per member organisation.

Only those who meet the criteria will qualify. Any applicants failing to meet the criteria will be invited to purchase a full price ticket.
