Trailer Pullers
The Band needs volunteers to pull our trailers.
- instrument Trailer - Long white one with a fold down back door.
- Prop Trailer - Wide white one with swing open back door.
- Uniform Trailer - Black one.
- Flat Bed Trailer - Mark will be pulling this, but an alternate may pull if needed
You will be notified of start times. Usually for home games, the trailers need to be at the field by 5:00pm and returning the trailers after they are loaded after the game. You may also be asked to help assemble/disassemble props and unload/load the trailers.
Prop/Pit Helpers
Prop and Pit Helpers are needed also. This involves:
- helping assemble prior to performances,
- positioning props/pit items to start locations,
- pull/push items onto the field as assigned,
- pull/push items off field as assigned,
- disassembly and load after performance.
Alternates will be on stand-by in case they are needed. If needed, they will be contacted by Mark Kilpatrick, the Pit/Prop/Trailer Coordinator.
**Entry into games/competitions may be less or covered by the Band since you will be helping. **
All Pit/Prop/Trailer helpers are able to purchase the Wrangler Show Shirts to wear on the field. We request you wear a show shirt (reg or wrangler) when stepping on the field.
