Children's Arts Festival School Days

Elementary school classes are invited to register their classroom for a dynamic day of art in various Richmond community facilities. Professional artists will lead classes through an artistic journey of experiential learning and inquiry.

Registration for school teachers will open on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 3:00pm and will close on Monday, October 26, 2026 at 11:55pm.

To ensure a successful registration for the Children’s Arts Festival School Days programs, please complete all sections of this form and click submit.

You are limited to one submission per class and will not be able to make more than one submission per email address. 

Only submissions received through Jotform before October 13th and after October 26th will not be considered.

If the time you wish to register cannot be selected, it has already been fully booked. Please use the waitlist option. 

Registrations will be time-stamped and processed on a first come, first served basis.

You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your registration, or if your class is waitlisted.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you are officially confirming your registration for the Children’s Arts Festival School Days Program. In doing so, you understand you will be charged in full for the fieldtrip selected.

You are also confirming that you understand that each class you wish to register requires a separate form and separate email address. The information you provide in this form confirms the registration of your class.

You will receive an invoice from the Children's Arts Festival team by December 7th, 2026 and payment is due by January 22, 2027.

If you are on a waitlist, the latest you will hear back is January 15, 2027.
