Design Assistance
- Sponsors are responsible for creating and submitting their own advertisements. TCA does not provide production or design services.
- The Athletics Department can connect sponsors with trusted third-party designers. Design services and associated design costs are arranged directly between the sponsor and the content creator.

Program Policies

By clicking submit below, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Advertising opportunities are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Advertising placement begins after payment, required information, and approved artwork have been received.
- All advertisements are subject to review and approval by the TCA Athletics Department. TCA may reject or request changes to content that conflicts with the mission, values, policies, or public image of Trinity Christian Academy.
- Sponsors are responsible for the accuracy of business names, phone numbers, website addresses, and all other submitted information.
- Sponsors must own or have permission to use all submitted logos, images, music, video, trademarks, and other content.
- Digital advertisements rotate with other sponsor and event content. Exact timing, sequence, and frequency may vary by game, venue, and event.
- Broadcasts and digital presentations may be delayed, interrupted, relocated, or unavailable because of weather, technical problems, scheduling changes, facility conditions, or third-party broadcasting restrictions.
- Postseason livestream coverage is included only when TCA holds the necessary broadcasting rights.
- Advertising purchases are not charitable donations to Trinity Christian Academy. Sponsors should consult their tax adviser regarding treatment as a business advertising expense.
- Unless otherwise stated, advertising purchases become nonrefundable once artwork production, advertising scheduling, or public display has begun.
