    After you fill out this form, a member of our team will contact you within a week to schedule a phone call with you to help us get to know you better and determine what volunteer opportunities would fit you best.
     
    Our office is closed in July and August, so if you contact us during the Summer we will get back to you in September.
     
    Consent Statement:

    LIA collects and uses personal information as part of the volunteer intake process. This may include information such as your contact details, availability, emergency contact information, volunteer interests, and any information relevant to placement or health & safety requirements.

    We use this information to communicate with volunteers, coordinate programs and scheduling, support volunteer placement, and meet our legal and safety responsibilities. Your information will only be accessible to authorized personnel and may be stored using secure servers located outside Quebec and/or Canada.

    You may request access to your personal information, request corrections, or withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or operational requirements, by contacting LIA at 819-346-7009.
