Will you be attending the post Clean-Up celebration? We will gather later that day at the Mineral County Rec Club Lot located at 108 1st Street West Superior, MT to celebrate our efforts & draw for raffle prizes. Hawk Fencing will be grilling burgers & hot dogs for volunteers. Bring a dish to share (but not necessary). BYOB. Parking is limited; location is within walking distance of the check in table & trash trailer. Bring a chair to sit in; a few will be provided.

I assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the Buddy Spangler Memorial River Clean Up activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Mineral County Rec Club and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries arising out of my traveling to, participating in, or returning from the Clean-Up event. In case of my injury, I hereby waive all claims against Mineral County Rec Club. including all officials and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all river activities, including walking in and around the river. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of hypothermia, near drowning, or death.
