Vendor Form for Lebanon Farmers Active Adults Day with Russell County Health Coalition
The Russell County Health Coalition and Lebanon Farmers Market will host an Active Adults Day at the Farmers Market on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 from 9 am to 1 pm. Coalition partners and health vendors are invited to set up to talk with Active Adults 55+ about their services, and the Coalition will be offering Active Adults 55+ five, free Healthy Bucks to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables. To sign up as a vendor, complete this Google Form. Market picnic tables are available first to farmer/producer vendors first and then on a first come, first served basis. We recommend bringing your own table and chair, just in case there aren't enough market picnic tables. There is plenty of space under the covered shelter. Last year, 127 active adults attended this event and received Healthy Bucks; so, you can expect 150+ participants this year.
