RedStone Ranch Barnyard Farmer's Market Vendor Application Form

We’re excited to invite you to Redstone Ranch’s very first Farmers Market, taking place August 29–30 from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM at 4551 NW 39th Ave, Coconut Creek, FL 33070! This special two-day event will bring our community together for a fun and memorable weekend at the ranch.

August 29–30 will be the first weekend of our Farmers Market series. Following our opening weekend, the market will take place every other weekend through the end of 2026. Vendors may participate on Saturday, Sunday, or both days, based on their approved registration.

We’re currently looking for local farmers, growers, artisans, food vendors, makers, and small businesses to participate. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your products, connect with new customers, and share what makes your business special with the community.

Once submitted, our team will review your application and contact you with approval information and additional event details. Farmers Market Series Commitment
I understand that the August 29–30 Farmers Market is the first event in Redstone Ranch’s new Farmers Market series, which will take place every other weekend.

By accepting a vendor space, I agree to participate in a total of six Farmers Market weekends, beginning August 29–30.

For each market weekend, I may choose to participate on Saturday, Sunday, or both days, based on my approved registration.

I agree to attend the day or days I select and to notify Redstone Ranch as soon as possible if my availability changes.

I understand that repeated absences or failure to communicate may affect my eligibility to participate in future Redstone Ranch events.

I acknowledge that this six-market commitment helps Redstone Ranch provide a consistent and dependable experience for our guests, vendors, and community.

Application and Participation
I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance into the Redstone Ranch Farmers Market.

I understand that Redstone Ranch will review my application and contact me regarding approval, vendor fees, and additional event information.

I agree to sell only the products listed in my application and approved by Redstone Ranch.

I understand that I am responsible for obtaining all licenses, permits, insurance, and other approvals required to operate my business and sell my products.

I agree to follow all event rules, safety requirements, and instructions provided by Redstone Ranch staff.

Event Schedule and Vendor Setup
I understand that the Farmers Market will be open from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 29, and Sunday, August 30.

I understand that vendor check-in will open at 8:00 AM each day.

I agree to arrive and begin setting up no later than 9:00 AM, at least one hour before the event begins

I agree to have my booth completely set up and ready for customers by 10:00 AM.

I agree to keep my booth open, properly stocked, and staffed throughout the entire event.

I understand that I may only begin breaking down my booth after the event ends at 2:00 PM.

I agree not to pack up or leave early unless I have discussed the situation with Redstone Ranch and received approval in advance.

Vendor Equipment and Responsibilities
I understand that I am responsible for bringing everything needed to set up, operate, and manage my booth.

I agree to bring my own tent, tables, chairs, displays, signs, payment equipment, packaging, product storage, extension cords, and any other supplies or equipment needed to sell my products.

I understand that all tents must be safely and properly secured with suitable weights.

I am responsible for ensuring that my equipment and booth setup are safe for guests, staff, other vendors, and animals.

I am responsible for staffing my booth, processing my own sales, collecting applicable taxes, and managing my products.

I agree to keep my booth and the surrounding area clean, safe, organized, and welcoming throughout the event.

I agree to remove all merchandise, equipment, trash, and personal belongings from my assigned space after the event.

Mutual Social Media Promotion
By participating as a vendor, I agree to help promote the Redstone Ranch Farmers Market on my business or personal social media accounts.

I agree to publish at least two feed posts and five stories leading up to each event I am participating in.

I agree to tag Redstone Ranch and use any event graphics, links, promotional information, and hashtags provided by the organizers.

I understand that Redstone Ranch will also promote the Farmers Market and its participating vendors through its social media platforms.

I understand that this shared promotional effort is intended to increase awareness, attract guests, and support the success of the event and its vendors.

I understand that completing the agreed-upon social media promotion is a condition of my participation as a vendor.

Weather Policy
I understand that the Redstone Ranch Farmers Market is a rain-or-shine event.

I agree to arrive prepared for changing weather conditions and to bring suitable protection for my products, equipment, staff, and booth.

I understand that rain alone will not cancel or postpone the Farmers Market. The event will be canceled only if Redstone Ranch determines that severe or dangerous weather conditions make it unsafe to continue.

If a Farmers Market is canceled because of severe weather, it will be rescheduled for the next designated weekend. Vendors registered for the canceled event may participate on the rescheduled weekend with the vendor fee waived, meaning no additional participation fee will be charged.

Redstone Ranch will notify participating vendors of any cancellation and provide the rescheduled date as soon as reasonably possible.

I agree to follow all weather-related safety instructions provided by Redstone Ranch staff.
