  • An Empowerment Program for Jewelry Professionals Under 30

  • The Jewelry Edit Foundation and LVMH North America present 'Designing a Responsible Future', a professional development program in New York City for 15 emerging jewelry professionals aged 18–30. The program is designed to broaden participants' understanding of the full spectrum of careers and opportunities within luxury jewelry, from design and craftsmanship to marketing, retail, sourcing, and leadership, while grounding their experience in sustainability, diversity, and ethical entrepreneurship.
  • The program will serve 15 early-career professionals under the age of 30 who are interested in pursuing careers across all areas of the jewelry industry, including design, craftsmanship, sourcing, marketing, retail, and other key sectors.
  • Key features of the program include:
    • Workshops, mentoring sessions, and panels led by industry professionals
    • Providing opportunities for a varied and diverse group of talent from different educational and professional backgrounds
    • Dedicated follow-up to program members, including a virtual follow-up session and a digital resource toolkit
