    Thank you for your interest in the Black Lotus Afterschool Enrichment Program! This form is designed for families who are seriously considering enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year. Before completing the application, please review the program information, tuition, semester commitment, policies, and parent expectations included throughout this packet. Submitting this form does not guarantee enrollment but allows us to identify families who are ready to commit if the program moves forward. Because enrollment is intentionally limited, priority will be given to applicants who have reviewed the program details and are prepared to participate in the full school year. We are excited about the opportunity to build a small, supportive community where students can grow through movement, character development, creativity, and meaningful friendships.     The Black Lotus Afterschool Enrichment Program is designed as a consistent, long-term program that provides students with structure, movement, character development, and a safe environment after school.

    Parent Drop-Off Program
    2:30/3:00 PM–5:00 PM
    $115 per week

    Parent Drop-Off + Extended Training
    2:30 PM–6:00 PM (Includes additional Youth Muay Thai Class)
    $130 per week

    Tuition is billed weekly. 

     Transportation

    *Transportation pricing will be announced once pickup routes have been established.*

    Black Lotus plans to offer transportation from select participating schools as the program grows.

    To safely and efficiently establish transportation routes, we require a minimum of three enrolled students from the same school before adding that school to our pickup schedule.

    Transportation routes will be based on enrollment demand, scheduling, and logistical feasibility.

    During the initial launch, families may enroll using the Parent Drop-Off option while transportation routes are being developed.

    The Black Lotus Afterschool Enrichment Program is intended to be a consistent, school-year enrichment program rather than a drop-in childcare service.

    Enrollment is a commitment for the 2026–2027 academic school year, allowing students to build lasting friendships, develop their Muay Thai skills, and benefit from a structured routine throughout the year. 


    Holiday / Closure Policy

    Program follows the Palm Beach County Academic Calendar.

     

    No program on:

    Labor Day

    Teacher Work Days

    Thanksgiving Break

    District Closures

    Weather Emergencies

     *We may offer single day Skills or Warrior Camps on non-school days, TBA*
