All exhibitors must be prepared with sufficient supplies to display for the duration of the event and must preside over their booth space at all times. Event staff will be unable to tent sit for any reason due to liability. We strongly urge you to bring a helper to assist with setup and breakdown. Please plan ahead by unloading first, parking and then setting-up/arranging your booth afterward. Vehicles will not be allowed in the event area after 8:30am for safety. Exhibitor booths MUST remain open and fully operational until the end of the event at 1:00pm.

Prohibited Items: Pets and alcohol are NOT permitted in the event area.

Breakdown: Exhibitors will be permitted to drive on site after the all clear sign has been given by event staff and the event site is clear of crowds. Please respect the safety of our patrons. You cannot breakdown before 1:00pm. Exhibitors are required to leave their booth/site in the same shape they found it (clean). Failure to clean your booth space will affect future event acceptance. Any garbage you would like to leave behind must be disposed in one of the event trash cans on site.
