    The Jeff Kent Healthcare Provider Leadership Award recognizes an AMFP healthcare provider member who has demonstrated transformational leadership and meaningful impact within their healthcare organization and the healthcare industry over the past year. This award honors healthcare end users who exemplify operational excellence, innovation, environmental stewardship, patient and community impact, and active involvement in initiatives that advance healthcare and the mission of AMFP. Named in honor of Jeff Kent, this award recognizes his foundational leadership and lasting contributions to the establishment and growth of AMFP.

  • Eligibility

    Nominee must be an active AMFP healthcare provider member in good standing
    Open to individuals working within healthcare provider organizations
    Self-nominations and peer nominations permitted
    Contributions should reflect accomplishments over their career

    • Leadership within healthcare operations, facilities, or organizational initiatives
    • Patient, staff, or community impact
    • Innovation and operational improvement
    • Sustainability and environmental stewardship
