Robert Mayer Leadership Academy Application

Developing the next generation of civic and business leaders in Huntington Beach. This application takes about 20–30 minutes to complete.
Please ensure you are able to attend the full nine-month program, including monthly sessions, the mandatory Leadership Retreat, Alumni Reception, and Graduation. The Leadership Retreat, held October 9–11, 2026, serves as the foundation of the Academy experience and plays a critical role in building the relationships, trust, and collaborative spirit that define each class.

Tuition is $1,250 before August 31st, 2026 and $1,400 after August 31st, 2026. Accepted applicants may apply for partial tuition assistance.

This amount represents only a portion of the costs required to produce the principled leadership program. Applicants are responsible for the tuition regardless of whether an employer or organization expressed intent to cover this expense. Payment plans are granted on a case-by-case basis.
