This event is scheduled for Friday, October 30, 2026 from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Registration is needed if you are bringing a decorated vehicle and passing out candy. No registration is needed if you are simply coming to trick-or-treat.
Be creative as you decorate your trunk for trick-or-treaters, but please keep in mind that young kids will be attending, so nothing too gory please. We have prizes for the best decorations again this year!
Only sealed candy can be given out, no homemade items. Please expect anywhere from 1,500-2,000 trick or treaters.All candy is subject to inspection for safety reasons.
Set up will begin at 4:00 PM. All registered vehicles that are participating in the event should be parked no later than 5:00 PM for judging at 5:15 PM. The event starts at 5:30 with the Autism Friends of Bingham County going through and then everyone else at 6:00 PM and is scheduled until 7:00 PM, or until we run out of candy. Often it goes until closer to 8:00 because we don't want to turn away kids.
All participants must check in with either Kaitlin or KimberLee by the shelter prior to responding to designated spot.
An adult must be with the vehicle at all times during the event. No vehicles are to be left unattended. Only the vehicle being used in the Trunk-or-Treat is allowed on the path. Please leave enough time to park additional vehicles elsewhere.
Once you arrive, no registered vehicles are going to be allowed to leave the parking lot until the conclusion of the event.
DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS THE GRASS.
